WHAT INGREDIENTS YOU NEED TO MAKE THIS COOKIES AND CREAM RICE CRISPY :
rice crispy cereal
light butter
mini marshmallows
container mini Oreo cookies
HOW TO MAKE THIS COOKIES AND CREAM RICE CRISPY :
Step 1. Prep 9 X 13 inch baking pan with nonfat baking spray
Step 2.Prep a saucepan with nonfat baking spray
Step 3.Crush the mini Oreo cookies. Set aside.
Step 4.(Leave some cookies for garnish.)
Step 5.Add the marshmallows and butter to the saucepan.
Step 6.Put the saucepan on low heat, stirring constantly.
Step 7.Once the marshmallows and butter have melted remove the pan off the stove.
Step 8.Stir in the rice crispy cereal.
Step 9.Once the cereal is completely mixed add in the crushed Oreos.
Step 10.Scoop the rice krispy mixture into the baking dish.
Step 11.Press the mixture into the baking dish. (Make sure that it is in an even layer.)
Step 12.Set aside until totally cooled.
Step 13.Cut into 20 squares.
Serve.
