Cinnamon French Toast Bubble Up
Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz) Cans buttermilk biscuits
- 1 Tbsp. Granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- ⅓ C. Milk
- 2 tsp. Vanilla
- 5 Large eggs
For the glaze:
- ½ tsp. Vanilla
- ⅓ C. Confectioners sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut the biscuits into fourths.
- Place the sugar and cinnamon into a ziploc bag, and add the biscuit pieces. Toss to coat well.
- Arrange the biscuit pieces in the bottom of a well greased 9x13 baking dish.
- Combine the ⅓ cup milk, eggs and 2 tsp vanilla in a mixing bowl, and whisk well.
- Pour the egg mixture over the biscuit pieces in the casserole dish.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
- Mix together the ingredients for the glaze, and pour over the warm casserole before serving.
