Weight Watchers Hamburger Soup is one of my favorite’s Soup recipes!
This Weight Watchers Friendly soup is simple and easy, so it’s perfect for dinner.

WHAT YOU NEED TO MAKE THIS HAMBURGER SOUP :
lean ground beef (96% lean)
extra lean ground turkey breast
carrots (peeled and shredded)
celery ribs (chunky slices)
chopped onion
minced garlic
beef broth (reduced sodium)
cans (14.5 oz each) diced tomatoes (undrained)
dried sage (crushed)
dried thyme (crushed)
dried rosemary (crushed)
salt
ground black pepper
potatoes (large chunks)
smoked paprika
HOW TO MAKE THIS HAMBURGER SOUP:
Step 1. Add ground beef, ground turkey breast, onion, carrots, celery, and garlic to a Dutch oven.
Step 2. Continue to cook until the meat is browned and the onions are tender.
Step 3. Drain the fat from the meat before adding more ingredients.
Step 4. Add in the broth, undrained tomatoes, and all of the seasonings to the Dutch oven.
Step 5. Stir to blend.
Step 6. Bring to a boil, add the potato chunks and reduce to a simmer.
Step 7. Mix well.
Step 8. Continue to simmer for at least 20 minutes.
Step 9. Check the potato chunks to make sure that they are tender.
Step 10. If not, continue to simmer.
Step 11. If tender, serve in bowls garnishing with fresh sage. (If desired)
Makes 8 -1 cup servings.
