3 tsp Garlic, minced
2 tsp Ginger taste
2 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 cup Onion, diced
1 bag Cabbage, shredded
½ cup Carrots, shredded
1 ½ pounds Ground Beef, lean
Sliced Green Onions for Garnish
How to make Egg Roll Stir Fry:
Step 1. Pour 1 tbsp Sesame oil in a skillet over medium high heat
Step 2. Add in the ground beef and crumble, add the onion with the Ground Beef
Step 3. Cook until the beef is thoroughly cooked
Step 4. Add the shredded carrots when the beef is half cooked
Step 5. Add the shredded cabbage to the skillet and cook until the cabbage softens
Step 6. In a small bowl, combine the Soy Sauce, ginger paste, garlic and the remaining Sesame Oil. Stir to blend
Step 7. Pour the liquid over the cabbage and beef, stir to combine
