Ingredients:
6 eggs, hardboiled, yolks removed after peeling and slicing
½ cup Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Mustard
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp White Vinegar
1 tbsp Sugar
8 ounces Macaroni, cooked according to package directions
1 Red Onion, small and diced
2 ribs of celery sliced thin
½ tsp Paprika
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
Green Onions, chopped, for Garnish
How to make Deviled Egg Pasta Salad:
Step 1. Boil the macaroni according to package directions
Step 2. Drain, Rinse and set to the side
Step 3. Cut the eggs in half after peeling, remove the yolks and place in a bowl
Step 4. Chop the egg whites and add to the bowl with the pasta
Step 5. Add in the chopped onion and celery to the bowl of Pasta
Step 6. Mash the yolks with a fork
Step 7. Add in the ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar and sugar
Step 8. Stir to combine well
Step 9. Stir this mixture in the bowl with the pasta and toss until combined
Step 10. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour minimum to chill before serving
Step 11. Garnish with Chopped Green Onions
