WHAT INGREDIENTS YOU NEED TO MAKE THIS APPLE CRANBERRY CRUMBLE:
Filling:
4 gala apples (peeled and sliced)
1 C dried cranberries
1 Tbsp cornstarch
½ tsp cinnamon
⅔ C maple syrup
Topping:
¾ C dry quick cooking oats
¼ C packed light brown sugar
1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
3 Tbsp whipped butter (melted)
¼ C walnuts and pecans (chopped)
¼ tsp salt
HOW TO MAKE THIS APPLE CRANBERRY CRUMBLE:
Step 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Step 2. Prep a 9 inch square baking dish with nonstick baking spray.
Step 3. In a large bowl add the apples, dried cranberries, cornstarch, cinnamon, and maple syrup.
Step 4. Stir to mix.
Step 5. Pour the apple mixture into the baking dish.
Step 6. Using a spoon spread out the apple mixture until it is even in the baking dish.
Step 7. Add the quick cooking oats, brown sugar, flour, melted butter, walnuts and pecans to a second bowl. Stir to mix together.
Step 8. Sprinkle on top of the filling.
Step 9. Bake at 325 degrees for 55-60 minutes.
Step 10. The top of the crumble will be a golden brown.
Serve warm.
