Nothing says love like a good meal for your family. You can still provide great meals even on your busy schedule. Crock pots are one way of doing this. This recipe is almost entirely hassle free.
You need to toss the ingredients into the Crock pot and set the heat, then let the appliance do the work while you do everything else!
This is one of the healthiest dishes I have made in the crockpot recently. This dish is also versatile and allows you to add vegetables if you want. You could also use a different cut of chicken.
What makes this dish so special?
It is a basic recipe. All you need to do is toss the ingredients in the crock pot and let it do the work.
Can I add vegetables?
Sure you can! I love to add mushrooms and green peppers to this recipe. I know others that add broccoli and mushrooms with onions.
Can I freeze the food?
You can place this dish into the freezer for up to 4 months. Just be sure that you have placed it in an airtight container after cooling the food to room temperature.
What should I serve with the Chicken Teriyaki?
A plate of rice or noodles is good, you could steam up some great green vegetables. My preference is a plate of steamed rice.
