Quick and easy Chicken Fried Rice recipe! A skinny version!!

Ingredients Needed:
Nonstick Olive Oil Cooking Spray
Bag of frozen carrots and peas (8 oz)
Minced garlic
Package Frozen Riced Cauliflower
Teriyaki Sauce
Sesame Oil
Skinless Chicken Tenders (diced)
Large eggs
Salt and black pepper to taste
How to make this Skinny Chicken Fried Rice:
Step 1. Add chicken to a bowl stir in 2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce.
Step 2. Coat all of the chicken pieces.
Step 3. Prep the pan with nonstick olive oil spray.
Step 4. Turn heat to medium.
Step 5. Stir in the frozen vegetables and minced garlic.
Step 6. Continue cooking the vegetables until thawed,
Step 7. Stir often.
Step 8. Add in the riced cauliflower.
Step 9. Lightly spray the rice with the nonstick olive oil.
Step 10. Stir in 2 tablespoons of the teriyaki sauce and sesame oil.
Step 11. Continue cooking until the rice is warmed through. (About 10 minutes.)
Step 12. Add in the chicken cooking for an additional 5-10 minutes while on medium heat.
Step 13. Make a hole in the center of the cooking rice, vegetables, and chicken.
Step 14. Crack the eggs into a small bowl.
Step 15. Pour the eggs in the hole in the rice, vegetable, and chicken mixture.
Step 16. Using a small whisk, beat the eggs.
Step 17. Cool for 5-10 minutes or until the eggs have completely cooked.
Step 18. Whisk the eggs into the rice, vegetables, and chicken mixture.
Step 19. Sprinkle salt and black pepper to taste.
