As you can see, there really isn’t anything unique about these ingredients. They are easy, simple items you most likely have in your pantry or fridge. You most likely won’t have to run to the store to make Sauteed Balsamic Mushrooms except to buy fresh baby Bella mushrooms.
Here are a few tips to keep in mind for making Sauteed Balsamic Mushrooms:
- It would be best if you did not wash your mushrooms with water. Since they already have such a high water content, if you get them wet, you may have difficulty getting them to brown in the skillet. You should just use a damp paper towel to wipe off any dirt on the mushrooms.
- While they are on the pricey side, good quality balsamic vinegar is so important. It might be more expensive but, it’s much better than your average balsamic vinegar from the grocery store.
- I strongly suggest cooking the mushroom in the largest pan you have. You really want to spread out the mushrooms. If they are spread out in a single layer the moisture, the moisture can quickly evaporate.
