2 pounds ground Breakfast Sausage
16 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
2 pounds frozen hash browns
8 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
½ tsp Onion Powder
½ tsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Black Pepper
How to make Make EGG AND CREAM CHEESE HASHBROWN:
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350*
Step 2. Grease a 9×13 baking pan
Step 3. In a skillet over medium high heat, crumble and brown the ground sausage
Step 4. Drain the grease
Step 5. Move the sausage to a bowl and combine the sausage with the cream cheese
Step 6. Place the hash browns in the skillet until lightly browned
Step 7. Put the browned hash browns into the bottom of the prepared baking pan
Step 8. Spread the meat mix over the top of the hash browns
