fresh brussels sprouts
olive oil
sea salt
black pepper
HOW TO MAKE THIS ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS:
Sep 1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
Sep 2. Prep baking pan with nonfat baking spray.
Sep 3. Line the baking pan with parchment paper.
Sep 4. Add the brussel sprouts to a large bowl.
Sep 5. Drizzle with olive oil. Toss.
Sep 6. Sprinkle them with sea salt. Toss.
Sep 7. Sprinkle them with black pepper. Toss.
Sep 8. Transfer the baking sheet with the brussel sprouts to the oven.
Sep 9. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes per side.
Sep 10. Flip the brussel sprouts over to the other side.
Sep 11. Continue to bake the brussel sprouts at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
