You could certainly freeze the dish before you add toppings to the dish. After it has baked, allow it to cool completely and then cover with plastic or place it in an airtight container. You can leave it in the freezer for up to 4 months.. However, I am sure that it will not last that long there.
Ingredients:
1 pound lean ground beef
1 pkt Taco Seasoning
2 cans Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
1 ½ cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Shredded lettuce
Roma Tomatoes, diced
Sour cream for garnish
Green Onions for garnish
How To Make Pillsbury Crescent Roll Taco Bake:
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350*
Step 2. Lightly spray a 9×9 baking pan
Step 3. Heat a skillet over medium high heat and crumble the ground beef in the skillet
Step 4. Drain the excess fat from the skillet
Step 5. Add in the packet of Taco Seasoning and stir
Step 6. Unroll the dough from the tubes and layer it in the bottom of the baking dish
Step 7. You might not need to use all the dough, however, you do need to use enough to go up the sides of the baking dish also. Be sure to pinch the dough together
Step 8. Spoon the meat over the layer of dough
Step 9. Sprinkle the Cheese over the meat
Step 10. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the dough is Golden Brown
Step 11. Set aside and let cool for 10 minutes
Step 12. Add Green onions and Sour Cream as toppings
Step 13. Top with the remaining toppings of choice
