12 Large White Button Mushrooms
1 clove of Garlic, minced
¼ cup Jalapeno, seed removed and diced
½ cup Cream cheese
¼ cup Cheddar cheese + some more for topping
A handful of Bacon Bits

How to make Jalapeno Popper Mushrooms :
Step1. Remove the stems from the mushroom. Wash and clean the insides of the mushroom and dry them over a kitchen towel.
Step2.Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare a baking tray by lining it with parchment paper.

Step3. Mix jalapenos, garlic, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and bacon bits in a mixing bowl.
