25 ounces Chicken, canned
1 Egg, large
1 tsp Dijon mustard
¼ cup breadcrumbs
⅛ tsp Thyme, dried
¼ tsp Garlic Powder
¼ tsp Onion Powder
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Black Pepper
How to make these Crispy Chicken Fritters:
Step 1. In a mixing bowl combine the canned chicken, dijon mustard, egg, breadcrumbs, Thyme, garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper
Step 2. Form the mixture into 6 patties
Step 3. Heat oil in a deep sided skillet
Step 4. Carefully place the fritter patties into the oil and fry for 3 to 4 minutes per side
Step 5. Flip carefully to cook the other side
Step 6. Remove from the oil and place on a paper towel to drain
Step 7. Serve with your favorite dip, if desired, and your favorite side dishes
