Ingredients:
2 large Russet Potatoes
3 tbsp Parmesan, freshly grated
2 tsp Garlic, freshly minced
2 tbsp Olive Oil
½ tsp Salt (optional)
¼ tsp Pepper (optional)
How to make Baked Garlic Parmesan Fries:
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 450*
Step 2. Cut the potatoes into strips, keeping same size
Step 3. Place the potato strips in a large bowl
Step 4. Add the Olive Oil, minced Garlic, Parmesan, salt and pepper
Step 5. Toss to coat the fries
Step 6. Put the fries on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil
Step 7. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown and crispy
Step 8. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan and Garlic powder immediately after removing from the oven
Step 9. Enjoy plain or with your favorite dip
