Step 1. Spread a tablespoon of the frosting over 12 of the graham crackers and marshmallow crème on the other 12.
Step 2. Cut the cardboard off the ice cream using scissors.
Step 3. Cut the ice cream into thirds lengthwise.
Step 4. Cut each third into 2 squares, trimming them down a little if needed.
Step 5. Put an ice cream square on each of the graham crackers spread with frosting.
Step 6. Put the marshmallow crème squares on top with the marshmallow facing the ice cream.
