Ingredients:
1 Onion, yellow medium sized, diced
1 Red Bell Pepper, diced
1 Green bell Pepper, diced
3 pounds Ground Beef
¼ cup Worcestershire Sauce
3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 ½ cups Beef Broth
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Salt
3 tsp Garlic, freshly minced
8 Burger Buns
8 slices Mozzarella
HOW TO MAKE SLOPPY JOES:
Step 1. In a skillet over medium high heat, crumble and brown the ground beef
Step 2. When no longer pink, drain the grease and add in the red and green peppers, onions and garlic
Step 3. Continue cooking over medium heat until the onions and peppers have softened
Step 4. Add in the Beef Broth Worcestershire Sauce, Balsamic Vinegar and the salt and pepper
Step 5. Bring the meat mixture to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes
Step 6. Spoon the meat mixture on the bottom bun and top with a slice of Mozzarella Cheese
Step 7. Cover with top bun and serve hot!
