Ingredients:
1 package Chicken Tenders
10 ounces frozen steamed broccoli
2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
¾ cup Evaporated Milk
2 ½ tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
½ cup Breadcrumbs, seasoned to your taste
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 cup Colby-Jack Cheese, freshly shredded
How to make Chicken Broccoli Casserole:
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350*
Step 2. Light spray a 9×13 baking pan with cooking spray
Step 3. In a small bowl, combine the Parmesan Cheese and the bread crumbs, set to the side
Step 4. In another bowl combine the cream of chicken soup with the milk and the lemon juice
Step 5. Add the diced chicken and broccoli to a large bowl
Step 6. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken mixture and stir to combine and coat
Step 7. Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly
Step 8. Sprinkle with the shredded cheese and top with the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Step 9. Spritz the top of the casserole with cooking spray
Step 10. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
Step 11. Serve hot!
