WHAT YOU NEED TO MAKE THIS CRACK SLAW:
lb ground chicken breast
C shredded cabbage
medium purple onion (finely chopped)
Tbsp minced garlic
tsp fresh ginger (grated)
Tbsp olive oil
C reduced sodium soy sauce
tsp toasted sesame oil
tsp rice vinegar
tsp sriracha sauce
Salt and pepper (to taste)
HOW TO MAKE THIS CRACK SLAW:
Step 1. Heat olive oil in a wok over medium heat. Add the onions, sauteing for 1-2 minutes.
Step 2. Add in the ground chicken, garlic, and ginger then allow them to cook.
Step 3. While this is cooking, break up the ground chicken with a wooden spoon.
Step 4. Continue to cook until the ground chicken is browned.
Step 5. Take out the chicken mixture in the wok. Add in the shredded cabbage and cook for 4-5 minutes. ( Or until it is wilted and tender.)
Step 6. Add back in the cooked ground chicken.
Step 7. Add in the sesame oil, vinegar, and sriracha sauce. Stir to mix well.
Step 8. Add salt and pepper to taste.
If desired add more sriracha sauce to taste.
