Ingredients Needed:
Ground beef (extra lean 96%)
Whole Wheat bread (remove crusts)
Onions (chopped)
egg
ketchup
Yellow mustard
Worcestershire sauce
Salt
Black pepper
Brown sugar (packed)
How to make this Skinny Meatloaf:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Prep loaf pan with nonstick baking spray.
Shred slices of bread by hand to make bread crumbs,
Add the meat, bread crumbs, onion, egg whites, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
With your hand mix all of these ingredients together.
Form a loaf.
Place the meatloaf in the prepared loaf pan.
Making the topping:
Add the ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar to a small bowl.
Use a kitchen brush to paint the topping over the meatloaf.
Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.
Check to make sure the meatloaf is done.
Set the meatloaf aside to cool for 10 minutes.
Slice and serve.
