WHAT INGREDIENTS YOU NEED TO MAKE THIS MARSHMALLOW FLUFF:
tub (2 cups) fat-free Greek yogurt
package strawberry jello (sugar free)
boiling water
ice cold water
strawberries (cut in chunks)
packet mini marshmallows (sugar free)
HOW TO MAKE THIS MARSHMALLOW FLUFF:
Step 1. In a large bowl add the package of strawberry jello.
Step 2. Slowly pour in boiling water.
Step 3. Stir well to mix.
Step 4. Slowly add the ice cold water.
Step 5. Stir to mix.
Step 6. Set aside in the refrigerator for about 5 minutes.
Step 7. Add the Greek yogurt in a mixing bowl.
Step 8. Using an electric mixer, whisk the yogurt on medium for 2-3 minutes.
Step 9. Slowly start pouring the thickened jello into the yogurt, continuing to whisk for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Step 10. Keep whisking for about 5-10 minutes more. (Or until the mixture has doubled in size and is light and fluffy.)
Step 11. Carefully fold the strawberry chunks into the jello.
Step 12. Carefully fold in the mini marshmallows into the jello.
Step 13. Transfer the bowl into the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Step 14. Before serving, spoon the jello into small ramekins.
Step 15. Return the ramekins to the refrigerator until ready to be served.
Step 16. Garnish with strawberry chunks and mini marshmallows.
