1 tbsp Cornstarch
¼ cup water
1 Egg, large, beaten well
1 tbsp PLUS 1 tsp Cinnamon, divided
¼ cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Butter, melted
½ cup Brown Sugar
How to Make Peach Cobbler Egg Rolls:
Step 1. In a skillet over medium high heat, add the peaches to the skillet after dicing the peaches
Step 2. In a small bowl, stir the cornstarch and the water together and add it to the skillet along with the sugar
Step 3. Stir to combine, simmer until the sauce begins to thicken
Step 4. Mix in 1 tsp Cinnamon and the vanilla.
Step 5. Stir in the lemon juice
Step 6. Remove from the skillet and set to the side to cool
Step 7. When cooled, place a line of the filling on one end of the egg roll
Step 8. Fold the ends over and then roll the egg roll.
