Everyone gets bored with the same foods time after time. What you need to do is make the meals more exciting. One way of doing this is to change up the meatloaf you make. This can be done by making miniature meatloaf muffins.
These are actually very easy to make and will make the whole family smile when you place them on the table. This recipe is the same meatloaf that you are used to, just in smaller portions.
This may be something that you can get the little ones to help with. They may enjoy making smaller loaves and placing them in the muffin pan. These mini meatloaves can be used in sandwiches, as a side dish or possibly as an appetizer. These miniature meatloaf muffins have texture, flavor and versatility.
These miniature meatloaf muffins can be served with many different sides. My favorite sides include mashed potatoes and green beans. Many families prefer Macaroni and Cheese with a salad. Some prefer to have corn on the cob and baked potatoes. Whatever you choose to use as a side dish is only going to enhance these cute miniature meatloaf muffins.
How do you flavor these more?
These are actually flavored with dijon mustard, BBQ Sauce and Worcestershire Sauce. This mix also helps to keep them moist and crisp the outside while it is cooking.
