1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Garlic, minced

For the Sauce:
1 tbsp Rice Cooking Wine
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sesame Oil

Step 1. Boil the Pasta according to package directions, drain and rinse
Step 2. In a skillet over medium high heat, crumble and brown the ground beef
Step 3. Drain excess grease from the skillet
Step 4. Add the Soy Sauce, Sugar, Salt, celery, onion and garlic, along with the carrots
Step 5. Saute until the vegetables have softened
Step 6. Mix in the pasta and stir well
