There are so many Chicken Restaurants around, they all have great Chicken. However, there is a Fish Restaurant that has Chicken that is better than I have tasted from many of those other restaurants.
The one thing about this recipe is that it really reminds me of the recipe my Grandma used to make. This recipe is tried and true and pretty easy to prepare.
This will save you time to make a great finishing dessert for your family.

When you say Chicken Tenders, can I use Chicken Breast strips?
If you do not locate Chicken tenders in your local store, it is a good substitute to use boneless Chicken breast cut into strips.
Can I make this gluten free?
You could by using products that are gluten free. I did not include gluten free ingredients in this recipe.
How do I store this food?
Once the Chicken has cooled down to room temperature, it can be placed into an airtight container and placed in the refrigerator. It will stay good for up to 4 days.
Can I freeze the Chicken?
You certainly can freeze the chicken. Once it has cooled, place it into a freezer safe bag. Place it into the freezer for up to 3 months.
Ingredients:
2 pounds Chicken Tenders
2 cups Flour
¼ cup Cornstarch
½ tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Paprika
½ tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Onion Powder
¼ tsp Black Pepper
2 tsp Sugar
2 tsp Salt
2 cans Club Soda
Vegetable Oil for frying
Directions:
Step 1. In a mixing bowl combine the flour, cornstarch, sugar, salt, paprika, onion powder, baking soda, baking powder and pepper
Step 2. Stir to combine well
Step 3. Add both cans of club soda into the dry mixture and whisk well
Step 4. The batter will foam as you pour the club soda in.
Step 5. In a deep pan, heat the oil for frying
Step 6. Using tongs, dip each Chicken tender into the batter and then carefully place it in the oil
Step 7. Fry on each side for 2 to 3 minutes, then flip
Step 8. The batter will become golden brown
Step 9. The chicken tender will float to the top when it is done
Step 10. Remove the chicken and place on a wire rack to drain.
Step 11. Serve with a dip or eat these plain
