Fiesta Chicken

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
• 1 jar salsa
• 1 1/2 cups black beans, drained and rinsed
• 1 1/2 cups frozen whole kernel corn
• 1 cup water

HOW TO MAKE FIESTA CHICKEN :

1. Combine all ingredients in Instant Pot Liner

1. Place lid and set to seal
2. Cook on poultry setting for 18 minutes
3. When cooking cycle is complete, allow pressure to naturally release for 5 minutes then quick release any remaining pressure.
4. Shred chicken 

Now, ready to serve!
