What should I serve with this terrific dish?
I suggest a small green salad and a slice of Garlic bread. The bread will also help to soak up some of the delicious cheesy Alfredo sauce.
How long can I keep the Shrimp Alfredo and Cheesy Tortellini in the refrigerator?
Once the food cools completely you can cover it tightly with plastic or place it in an airtight container. You can keep this dish for 2 days in the refrigerator.
Can I freeze the Shrimp Alfredo?
I would not suggest freezing the dish. The sauce may tend to separate as it thaws. Reheating can also be an issue, in that the shrimp can easily overcook which would make it tough.
