⅓ cup Green Onion
⅓ cup Celery
3 tbsp Flour
1 ½ cups Heavy Whipping Cream
2 cups Whole Milk
1 tbsp Tomato Paste
1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning

8 ounces Shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 ounces Crab Meat

Step 1. In a saucepan over medium high heat, melt the butter
Step 2. Add the celery and green onions to the melted butter
Step 3. Saute until the vegetables begin to soften
Step 4. Stir in the flour and saute for another minute
Step 5. Heat the milk until it is warm
Step 6. Then add the warm milk to the saucepan and whisk to combine and eliminate the lumps
