Chicken broth
Rotisserie chicken (shredded)
White onion (chopped)
Pinto beans (reserve liquid)
Kidney beans (reserve liquid)
Red salsa
Water
Minced garlic
Green chiles (diced)
Ground cumin
Chili powder
Salt
Black pepper
How to make this Zero Points Chicken Chili Recipe?


Step 1. Prep a large pot with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 2. Add the chicken broth, shredded chicken, onion, pinto beans, kidney beans (with the liquid from both cans) , salsa, water, and seasonings to the pot.

Step 3. Stir to mix.
Step 4. Set on medium-high temp.
Step 5. Continue cooking the chili until it begins to boil.
Step 6. Reduce the heat to a simmer.
Step 7. Cover the pot and cook on medium-high heat for 20 minutes.
Step 8. Stir often.
