Ingredients
Method
- Add the flour, yogurt, eggs, almond milk and vanilla in a large bowl.
- Using a whisk mix of the ingredients together.
- Set aside for a couple of minutes.
- Lightly oil the griddle.
- Heat over medium-high heat.
- Once the griddle is ready slowly drop 2 tablespoons of batter onto the griddle.
- Brown both sides of the pancake.
Repeat until all of the batter has been used. Toppings:
- Maple syrup
- Sliced fresh strawberries
- Freshly made whip cream (Or Cool Whip)
