Ingredients
  

Pancakes:
  • 1 ½ C self-rising flour
  • 1 C Fat Free Greek Yogurt plain
  • 2 eggs
  • C almond milk unsweetened milk
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla
Topping :
  • Maple syrup
  • Fresh fruit
  • Whipping cream Or Cool Whip

Method
 

  1. Add the flour, yogurt, eggs, almond milk and vanilla in a large bowl.
  2. Using a whisk mix of the ingredients together.
  3. Set aside for a couple of minutes.
  4. Lightly oil the griddle.
  5. Heat over medium-high heat.
  6. Once the griddle is ready slowly drop 2 tablespoons of batter onto the griddle.
  7. Brown both sides of the pancake.
Repeat until all of the batter has been used. Toppings:
  1. Maple syrup
  2. Sliced fresh strawberries
  3. Freshly made whip cream (Or Cool Whip)
