Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 Onion diced
  • 14.5 oz. Can pinto beans rinsed and drained
  • 14.5 oz. Can Black beans rinsed and drained
  • 14.5 oz. Can corn drained
  • 14.5 oz. Can Diced tomatoes with green chilis undrained
  • 2 C. Chicken broth
  • 1.25 oz. Taco seasoning

Method
 

  1. Place all of the ingredients together into a slow cooker. Place the lid on the slow cooker, and cook on low for four hours.
  2. Remove the chicken, shred and return it to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
