Method
- Add oil to a large pot. Heat the oil on low.
- Add the vegetables and cook until soft.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in the chicken broth and marinara sauce.
- Add the Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes.
- Stir to mix well.
- Bring to a boil.
- Once boiling add in the meatballs and spaghetti.
- Continue to cook on a simmer until the pasta is cooked.
- Ladle in serving bowls.
- Just before serving garnish with Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley.
