Method
- Prep a large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
- Heat skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef cooking until it has browned. (5-7 minutes)
- While cooking, crumble the ground beef into small pieces.
- Add the garlic powder and smoked paprika into the browned beef.
- Stir to mix well.
- Continue to cook for an additional 30 seconds.
- Stir in the broth, tomatoes, macaroni, and salt to the skillet.
- Bring to a simmer.
- Cook for about 15 minutes, stirring often, until the macaroni is tender and the sauce has thickened.
- Take the skillet off of the stove.
- Add in the cheddar cheese, stirring until blended and melted.
- Serve in 6 evenly divided portions.
