- 1. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges2. Heat Peanut Oil in a skillet over medium high heat3. Add the potato wedges and chopped onion to the skillet4. Cook until the potatoes become golden brown and crispy5. Stir and turn the potatoes and onions to avoid burning any parts of them6. Sprinkle with Salt and Pepper, drain the grease off by placing the potatoes on paper towels to drain7. Garnish with the Basil and Paprika before serving
Notes
What can I use if I do not have peanut oil?
You could definitely use a different type of Oil. You do want to use one with a high smoke level. Avocado Oil is one of those oils. Canola Oil has the lowest, in stark contrast to Avocado Oil.
