Ingredients
  

  • 2 8 oz Cans buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 Tbsp. Granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • C. Milk
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla
  • 5 Large eggs
For the glaze:
  • ½ tsp. Vanilla
  • C. Confectioners sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Milk

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut the biscuits into fourths.
  3. Place the sugar and cinnamon into a ziploc bag, and add the biscuit pieces. Toss to coat well.
  4. Arrange the biscuit pieces in the bottom of a well greased 9x13 baking dish.
  5. Combine the ⅓ cup milk, eggs and 2 tsp vanilla in a mixing bowl, and whisk well.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the biscuit pieces in the casserole dish.
  7. Bake for 35 minutes.
  8. Mix together the ingredients for the glaze, and pour over the warm casserole before serving.
