- 1. Preheat the oven to 350*
2. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray
3. In a skillet over medium high heat, crumble and brown the ground beef
4. Drain any excess grease from the pan
5. Cook the egg noodles according to package directions
6. Drain and rinse the pasta
7. To the ground beef add in the Taco seasoning, Taco Sauce, salsa, corn, olives, kidney beans and tomato sauce.
8. Stir to combine and blend well
9. Add the cooked pasta to the meat mix and stir to combine
10. Spoon the pasta and meat mixture into the baking dish
11. Sprinkle the cheddar Cheese over the top
12. Bake for 30 minutes and sprinkle the top with green onions for a garnish
Notes
What type of pasta should I use?
Again, this is a recipe for those times, when you have not had time to hit the store. I used egg noodles. However, any form of pasta that you have is quite capable of working in this recipe.
