Sweet Hawaiian Crockpot Chicken

Sweet Hawaiian Chicken is a spin on a classic favorite. This dish can be made easily in the crockpot and taken to work or for School lunches.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds Chicken Breasts cut into cubes
  • cup Soy Sauce
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 can Pineapple Chunks canned is fine, with the juice

Method
 

  1. 1. Layer the cut Chicken pieces in the bottom of the Crockpot
    2. Pour the Soy Sauce and Pineapple Chunks over the Chicken
    3. Add the Brown Sugar and stir to combine well
    4. Place the lid on the Crockpot and set heat to low and cook for 6 hours
    5. Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir and serve hot.

Notes

Could I add bell peppers to the recipe?
If you add Bell peppers to the Sweet Hawaiian Chicken, this will be more of an Asian inspired meal.
