Slow Cooker Chicken Teriyaki

This is one of the healthiest dishes I have made in the crockpot recently.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds Chicken Thighs boneless and skinless
  • 1 can Pineapple Chunks drained
  • ¾ cup Teriyaki Sauce
  • 2 tbsp CornStarch
  • cup Green Onions sliced

Method
 

  1. 1. Lace the chicken in the crockpot
    2. Stir together the teriyaki and CornStarch
    3. Add the pineapple over the chicken
    4. Sprinkle with Green onions
    5. Pour the Teriyaki and Corn Starch blend over the ingredients
    6. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.

Notes

Can I add vegetables?
Sure you can! I love to add mushrooms and  green peppers to this recipe. I know others that add broccoli and mushrooms with onions.
