Method
- Set the instant pot to saute.
- Add olive oil, garlic, and onion to the instant pot.
- Continue to cook until the garlic and onion are translucent.
- Add the ground turkey, cooking it until it is no longer pink.
- Pour in the water.
- In a small bowl add the tomato sauce, ketchup, chili sauce, and tomato paste.
- Stir to mix.
- Add the Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard to the same bowl.
- Mix well.
- Slowly add the ingredients in the small bowl to the Instant pot.
- Stir to mix well.
- Close and lock the lid on the Instant Pot.
- Make sure that the vent is closed.
- Set the Instant Pot for 8 minutes.
- After 8 minutes, let the pressure naturally vent for 10 minutes.
- Open the vent.
- Allow it to vent the remaining pressure.
- Serve on a bun.
