- 1. Add oil and 2 tbsp butter to a skillet over medium high heat2. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper and add to the skillet3. Cook the shrimp until it is no longer translucent4. Remove the shrimp and set to the side5. Add the remaining butter and the onions to the skillet6. Saute until the onions are soft7. Add in the minced garlic and saute another 30 seconds8. Stir in the cooking wine and cook until the liquid is reduced by half9. Mix in the chicken broth, oregano, and parsley 10. Add the cooked linguine and the Shrimp11. Toss to coat12. Serve hot!
