Seafood Salad

This Seafood Salad is one of the best ways to do this. Eating healthy and light is the goal, the best Seafood Salad is one that has tons of flavor, texture and is filling at the same time.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ to ¾ cup Celery diced small
  • 1 pound Crab meat (can use imitation crab)
  • 2.25 ounce can of sliced Black Olives
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • ½ tsp Dill
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • ¼ tsp Salt

Method
 

  1. 1. In a medium sized bowl combine the mayonnaise with the salt, pepper, paprika and dill
    2. Stir to combine
    3. Add in the black olives and celery and stir
    4. Gently fold in the Crab meat
    5. Combine and spoon onto a croissant or other roll.
    6. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Can I use imitation crab meat?
Imitation crab meat is a choice that is up to you. I prefer to use the freshest crab I can find.
