SAUSAGE, EGG AND CREAM CHEESE HASHBROWN CASSEROLE

This Sausage, Egg, Hash Brown Casserole is perfect for breakfast or dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds ground Breakfast Sausage
  • 16 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 2 pounds frozen hash browns
  • 8 eggs beaten
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • ½ tsp Onion Powder
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper

Method
 

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350*
    2. Grease a 9x13 baking pan
    3. In a skillet over medium high heat, crumble and brown the ground sausage
    4. Drain the grease
    5. Move the sausage to a bowl and combine the sausage with the cream cheese
    6. Place the hash browns in the skillet until lightly browned
    7. Put the browned hash browns into the bottom of the prepared baking pan
    8. Spread the meat mix over the top of the hash browns
    9. Sprinkle the cheese over the meat
    10. In a bowl combine the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder and salt and pepper
    11. Pour the egg mixture over the top of the casserole
    12. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes until eggs are set.
    13. Serve immediately!
