Method
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
- Prep baking pan with nonfat baking spray.
- Line the baking pan with parchment paper.
- Add the brussel sprouts to a large bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil. Toss.
- Sprinkle them with sea salt. Toss.
- Sprinkle them with black pepper. Toss.
- Transfer the baking sheet with the brussel sprouts to the oven.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes per side.
- Flip the brussel sprouts over to the other side.
- Continue to bake the brussel sprouts at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
