Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb fresh brussels sprouts
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ Tbsp sea salt
  • ½ Tbsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Prep baking pan with nonfat baking spray.
  3. Line the baking pan with parchment paper.
  4. Add the brussel sprouts to a large bowl.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil. Toss.
  6. Sprinkle them with sea salt. Toss.
  7. Sprinkle them with black pepper. Toss.
  8. Transfer the baking sheet with the brussel sprouts to the oven.
  9. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes per side.
  10. Flip the brussel sprouts over to the other side.
  11. Continue to bake the brussel sprouts at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
