1. Pour the oil in a skillet over medium heat
2. Add the shrimp and cook until they are no longer translucent
3. Remove the shrimp and set off to the side
4. In the same skillet, add the butter and minced garlic
5. Saute for 30 seconds then add in the chicken broth and the milk
6. Place the fettuccine noodles in the liquid and cover the skillet
7. Cook until the noodles are done to taste
8. Once noodles are done, remove the lid and reduce the heat
9. Add in the heavy cream and cook until the sauce thickens
10. Stir in the Grated Parmesan cheese
11. Add salt and pepper to taste
12. Put the shrimp back into the skillet and toss to coat
13. Sprinkle parsley on top before serving
