Method
- In a small bowl, combine all crust ingredients.
- Sprinkle in the bottom of the containers you're serving in (reserve a few tablespoon to add as garnish on the top).
- For the filling, in a mixer, cream the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the sugar, mixing thoroughly.
- Mix in eggnog.
- Spoon mixture over crumbs.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
- Serve!
