- 1. Preheat the oven to 350*
2. In a large mixing bowl combine the ingredients for the meatloaf and knead with your hands until well combined
3. Divide and place the mixture into 10 muffin cups that have been greased
4. Stir the ingredients for the glaze together
5. Top each mini meatloaf with the glaze
6. Bake for 25 minutes until browned and cooked thoroughly
7. Remove from the oven, let sit for 5 minutes
8. Serve with your favorite side dish

How do you flavor these more?
These are actually flavored with dijon mustard, BBQ Sauce and Worcestershire Sauce. This mix also helps to keep them moist and crisp the outside while it is cooking.
Can I make these in advance?
You can make the mini meatball muffins in advance. Before baking, wrap them tightly and place them in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
