Mexican Taco Lasagna

Taco Tuesday no longer means simple tacos. Mexican Taco Lasagna  is not difficult to make and it tastes so good, not too spicy and a great new way to eat Mexican.

Notes

What type of tortilla should I use?
I use Flour tortillas as they seem to work best for me in this dish. I have a sister who prefers to use corn tortillas. You could try both and see which you prefer.
