- 1. Heat the grill to 400*
2. Place the ears of corn on the grill rack for about 10 to 12 minutes, turning once in a while
3. In a bowl combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, lime juice, lime zest
4. Mix in the Cotija Cheese and Cilantro
5. Spread the mixture evenly over the ears of corn and sprinkle with chili powder
6. Top the ears of corn with more Cotija Cheese, and cilantro
7. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Can I put my Sweet Corn in the smoker?
You can roast the corn in the smoker if you want to. The roasted corn will add another layer of flavor to the corn.
