- 1. Start by preheating the oven to 450 F.
- 1.Add potatoes with salt and pepper and ranch dressing in a mixing bowl.
- 2.Put the seasoned potatoes in a greased baking dish. Make sure to spread them to cook evenly. Save the bowl.
- 3.Bake them for 20 minutes, mixing halfway through to cook evenly or fork tender. Take the potatoes out once they are done.
- 4.Bring the temperature of the oven to 400 F.
- 5.In the saved bowl, add chicken with a little salt and pepper, red onions, garlic, and chicken seasoning.
- 6.Mix the chicken with the baked potatoes and cover with foil. Continue baking for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- 7.Take the baking dish out and remove the foil.
- 8.Top the dish with cheese and bacon bits and bake for another 10 minutes or until the cheese is melty and forms a crust.
- 9.Garnish with green onions, and enjoy.

Loaded potato and chicken ranch casserole is a whole lunch in one!
