- 1.Preheat the oven to 350*2.Spray a 9x13 baking pan with non stick spray3.In a mixing bowl, combine the bisquick Biscuit mix and 1 cup of water and stir to blend well4.In a skillet over medium high heat, crumble the ground beef and cook thoroughly5.Drain the grease from the meat6.Stir in the taco seasoning and ¾ cup of water, stir to blend7.Reduce the heat to a simmer and simmer for 5 minutes8.In a bowl combine the mayonnaise, sour cream half of the diced onion and ½ cup of Cheddar Cheese, stir to blend well9.Press the biscuit dough in the bottom of the prepared pan, be sure to go up about ½ inch on all sides with the dough10.Layer the ground beef on top of the biscuit dough11.Top the meat with the diced tomatoes12.Add the bell pepper and the remaining onion to the skillet to saute until soft13.Add in the green chilis14.Layer these on top of the diced tomato15.Next spread the sour cream mixture over the top as evenly as possible16.Top with the remaining cheddar Cheese17.Bake for 35 minutes, until the edges are browned18.Remove from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes19.Serve with Sour Cream, Salsa or Guacamole

The choice is really up to you. I used Pillsbury large, flaky Grands. However, it really is not going to make a difference. The biscuits are buried under all the goodness in this
dish.However, the recipe calls for Bisquick biscuits, these are so tasty and
